ONLINE ORDERS: We offer Store Credit or exchanges within 14 days of purchase! Please read the information below to see if your return qualifies!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us following the below requirements. For items being shipped to us the items must begin their journey back to us within 7 Days of them being marked as “delivered” or purchased in store . For orders placed online for local pickup is selected the 14 days will start at time of purchase not the date the item is picked up. Any returns received past our policy will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost. Items must be returned in NEW condition meaning unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free, and with tags still attached if applicable. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents.
• Shoes must be returned in shoebox if applicable
• Items not eligible for return: All Jewelry, Accessories, Bodysuits, Undergarments like Bralettes, Bras, etc, Holiday Items, Anything purchased from the Clearance Collection, Sale Items & Anything marked over 25% Off, and All Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals, Flash Sale Items, Custom Items, Pre-Orders.
• Swimsuits ARE returnable within the standard 14 day time window if and only if they follow the above guidelines AND any plastic liners are still attached
• *HOLIDAY / THEMED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AFTER THE HOLIDAY HAS PASSED

Canceled Orders: If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment or pickup store credit for item and shipping cost ( if applicable ) will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Due to processing fees Savage Roots is unable to offer monetary refunds as these fees can eat our small business alive. Refunds are issued in store credit that may be used at storefront locations or online.
How to Return Items:
-We do not issue prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for shipping cost. Shipping costs are non refundable. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking. We strongly recommend that you insure your return in case the package is lost in delivery as we are NOT responsible for lost returns until they are marked as “delivered” to us.
Items may also be brought into our storefront locations ( 4970 Barksdale Blvd Bossier City La. and 187 Burt Blvd Benton La.) and must be within the 7 days for being delivered. RETURN Address Store Credit

-If mailing to us Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive return to receive your store credit. **Credit is issued as a gift card via email for returned website purchases, and can also be used inside our storefont locations – credit does not have an expiration date. HOW TO USE CREDIT: Credit can be applied at checkout by clicking button and website gift card credit is applied by entering the gift card code at checkout or can be used during checkout in our storefronts!
LOCAL PICKUP ERROR:
If shipping is selected instead of local pickup and local pickup is desired. You will be refunded the shipping cost in gift card form. We are unable to process a monetary refund on shipping chargers.
Damaged/Defective Items:
If you believe you have received a defective item we must be notified within 3 days of delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email us at tbb@theblazingbead,com or message our Facebook Page with pictures of the defect and order number.
ONCE THE ITEM IS EXCHANGED THE PURCHASED ITEM WILL BE FINAL SALE
CANCELATIONS:
We are able to cancel the order if it has not shipped yet. We are unable to process monetary refunds so the order total will be credited in a gift card to use on future purchase in store as well as online. Once the order has shipped we are no longer able to cancel.
Refunds will ONLY be issued for damaged/defective items, all other returns are issued store credit.
