Keep it pristine: To qualify for store credit, your returned items must be fresh as new! Here’s what that means:

Unworn and unwashed: Think of your purchase as a VIP in your closet – treat it with care!

  • Original tags attached: Please keep those lovely little tags hanging out, just like when you first received your item.
  • Free of stains, odors, and pet hair: No make-up marks, deodorant stains, or furry surprises, please! We want your returned items to be ready for someone else to love.
  • No fragrance or smoke scent: Fresh is best! Please avoid returning items with strong fragrance or smoke scents.
  • No signs of wear: We can tell if an item has been worn, so please return it in its original condition.

Remember, keeping your returns pristine helps us process them quickly and efficiently, so you can get your store credit and go on your next Blazing Bead Boutique adventure!

  • Shoe love: Returning shoes? Please put them back in their original box and ship them in another box to keep them looking fabulous.
  • Store credit, your new shopping bestie: Once your return is processed (5-7 business days), you’ll receive a unique discount code for your store credit. It’s like a second chance to find your perfect match!

Please note: Sale items, jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, holiday items, clearance items, and custom/pre-ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

Change your mind about the size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Just contact us, and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.

Cancelled Orders

Change of heart? No problem!: If you cancel your order before it ships or you pick it up in-store, you’ll receive store credit for the item(s) and any shipping costs.
